Rice bran does not work well in a tube or barrell type feeder. Stabilized rice bran will store and flow. The auger style/gravity feeders can work but are still prone to the bran bridging over and not flowing properly, especially in humid conditions. I made a trough feeder that you can see pictures of in this deer section. Super quiet.

I Think You Have A Good Idea, But If I Built A Feeder Like That (And Put The Corn Mix In It) The Bears Would Tear It Up In No Time.
